President and CEO

Abhay is the President & CEO at Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc, an IT services company focused on providing IT consulting Solutions & Services to clients in the USA, and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Carnation Infotech Pvt Limited.

Abhay comes from a background in providing IT consulting which includes over 25 years in the Industry encompassing Software product design, development, Project estimation, and outsourcing. Abhay has been instrumental in setting delivery teams for customers ranging from Startups to large corporates both onsite and in an Onsite/Offshore model and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects over the course of two decades.

Abhay started his career in 1995 with Pertech Computers Limited in Mumbai, India providing IT Solutions and services for corporations followed by a brief stint at River Run Software Group, a mobile software products company where he helped design, develop, and lead the maintenance for leading company flagship brands such as “All in Synch”, “Mail on the Run” etc.

Moving to the US in the year 2000, Abhay has consulted, designed, and provided software solutions and services to Fortune 1000 organizations, Mid-Size corporations, and Startups.

Abhay holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad in Information Technology & Marketing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India.

Prerna Srivastava

Director - HR and Finance

Prerna is the CFO and Director of HR at Cardinal Integrated Technologies and a Director on the Board of Directors for Carnation Infotech Pvt Limited. Prerna comes from an IT solutions background as an Oracle-certified developer having started her career in 1996 with a Fortune 500 company in India called Indian Oil Corporation, where she helped design and develop an enterprise Payroll and HR application.

Prerna moved to the US in 2000 and for the next several years she provided consulting solutions on the Oracle platform to clients. Prerna was a senior Oracle developer at Inventive Pharma before taking on the role of CFO and Director HR at Cardinal. At Inventive, Prerna was instrumental in aligning data from disparate systems and helped develop intelligence on raw data by bringing innovation in reporting.

At Cardinal, Prerna has contributed to streamlining HR, Operations, and Finance ensuring a smoothly run operation, maintaining a well-gelled team, and helping develop a team of motivated members for the group.

Prerna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology in Bhopal, India.

Gaurav Julka

GM - Global Sales & Marketing

Gaurav is the GM of Global Sales and Marketing. At Cardinal, he is spearheading global sales and marketing and responsible for expanding global footprints of the company. He specializes in devising and implementing market penetration, client conversion and account handling strategies and consolidation of global sales operations. In the past few years at Cardinal, he has successfully established offshore business development and marketing teams. Gaurav has more than 2 decades of diverse industrial experience in strategic business planning, IT solution sales, revenue enhancement, business development, sales and pre-sales operations, marketing, project management and product management.

Shahnawaz Kafil Khan

Additional Director, GM - Staffing and Operations

Shahnawaz is the GM of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Operations. He is a recognized and accomplished results-driven leader with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. In his present role, he manages the end-to-end gamut of Strategic Operations (Client Management, Project strategies, Talent Acquisition) including formulating General Management, HR Governance (Policies), HR Strategy, Talent Management Framework, HR Processes & Systems, and Performance Management among other responsibilities.

Prasanna R

GM - Delivery and Client Engagement

Prasanna spearheads the delivery, client engagement and technology initiatives at Cardinal Carnation Group. He is a seasoned technology leader who helps customers improve user experience, optimize business processes, and create new digital products. Before Joining Cardinal, Prasanna worked with Infosys for 15 years. He has led globally distributed teams, built enterprise solutions for both private and public sector customers in US, led a digital transformation, Modernized technology stacks. He has extensive technical and management experience in building technology products for Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, US federal and state, Transportation and Manufacturing sector customers.
